Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a large double room to let in a fully furnished house. All bills are included. The house has internet access, Large kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, 6 stove cooker. Also has dining room and garden with large barbeque, (ideal for late evening socialising in the summer) and a spare room for friends to stay over occasionally.
The house is in Urmston on a quiet road and has good transport links (5mins walk to train station which is only 10 mins from Manchester) and close to the trafford centre and motorways.
I am a very laid back friendly guy, am fairly tidy person, looking for a housemate who is similar. I work mon to fri so generally have quiet nights or goes to pub quizzes during the week and at weekends enjoy watching football, chilling out or going into Manchester.
