Hi,
I have a single room available in a new built 4-storey town house at Upton Way (Opposite the Football Ground).
The room is furnished with a single bed (with matress), bed side table, 3 draws chest and a wardrobe and also has a digital TV aerial point plus the family bathroom is next door.
The house itself has w/c, kitchen/breakfast room, dinning/second lounge, big lounge, small laundry room with tumble dryer and office.
I am a live in landlord and there are two girls here already renting.
