Newly decorated and fully furnished, single/double room with single bed, that converts to a double with plenty of storage space below and fitted wardrobes. Its on the second floor, in a quiet apartment block in Eastern Green.
I work most evenings, so am in during the day, but you would have full use of the kitchen, lounge, even if I wasn't there.
Outside the front door, there is a secure area to lock a bike up, if need be.
Plenty of parking spaces outside and at least 4 bus routes are easy to get to, for town (20mins), Warwick Uni(15mins), Peugeot(10 mins), Tile Hill Station(10 mins) etc.
Very close to amenities i.e supermarket, chemist, Indian restaurant, doctors, dentist, hairdressers and chippy:)
I have a well behaved little dog, very friendly and usually restricted to the kitchen, that likes a walk - but don't feel obliged.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, tidy if poss, sociable and self sufficient:)
