I have a large double room to let in a spacious, bright and modern two bed & two bathroom flat in the centre of Twickenham.
In an ideal situation, I would like to let this double room to one person (professional male or professional female). But I would also consider letting this double room to a couple for an added fee of 125 GBP per month.
Please remember that you also need to cover your share of council tax.
This is sharing with only one person, me. I am a professional male, entrepreneur; open, relaxed, and socially active.
The flat is 7-8 mins walk from Twickenham train station lines and the bus to Richmond takes 10 mins.
The room has a built in wardrobe and queen-size bed and overlooks a central courtyard. Very secure.
There is access to a huge kitchen with all the facilities: large cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer.
The shared living room has a French balcony overlooking the courtyard, wireless broadband, satellite TV, and two large sofas.
The flat is located in a secure gated development. Tesco Metro is 2 mins walk and M&S is 4 mins walk.
