I have a 4 bed terraced house with a single (250) room available from mid August.. The room is small but adequate.The deposit is £50. I would prefer short term lets at the moment.
The house will be occupied by Derek, who leaves for work at 6 am, and Paul (me), an English language teacher, and a Polish couple, who work nights.
The house has double glazing, central heating, mains wired smoke alarms, wifi internet, street parking , a large, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower(permanent hot water), separate dining and living room, as well as a large backyard with table and chairs (good for summer barbies). Bedrooms are furnished and two sets of bed linen provided.
This is a happy, clean, quiet house, Not a party house.
The house is in a quiet suburban road, 10 mins by car; 25 mins by bus from the city centre.
There is a public sports centre nearby with a swimming pool, a gym, a library and all weather football pitches. There are also plenty of local shops and a couple of small supermarkets.
