If you're looking for an awesome home with friendly housemates you've come to the right place.
We are two houses (that's nine people when we're full) right next to each other in the heart of Liverpool, Tuebrook. We're mostly young professionals, a mix of girls and fellas, so we're all about relaxing and chilling out during the week, the odd night out at the weekend, and we love new housemates to chat to.
All the rooms are spacious queen-size double-rooms, fully-furnished, each with a different character - just take your pick! Both houses have large kitchens with all the cooking gear you'll need, a warm comfy lounge with cable TV and, of course, superfast wifi internet.
We're a 30 second walk to West Derby Road in the heart of Liverpool where you'll find everything you need:
- the 'world famous' (!) Tuebrook Market for all sorts of bits and bobs (every Thursday and Saturday);
- Churchill's ace Deli and Allan's Family Butchers;
- local gym and swimming pool (personally I only ever used the sauna);
- the beautiful Newsham Park;
- plenty of supermarkets and takeaways for those unplanned food stops;
- the odd pub or two - The Park and The Clifton are always good for a pint;
- half an hour's walk to Anfield and Goodison if you want to check out these great stadiums.
We're only fifteen minutes into the city centre in car, bike or bus (which come every few minutest).
And remember ALL bills are included - the wi-fi, gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, everything! So it´s completely hassle-free and there's no minimum contract - the perfect place for young professionals, overseas travellers, postgrads, etc.
