I have 2 double rooms available and I'm looking for 2 female professionals/mature students to house share. I'm a 31yo female Architect and I've spent the past 3 years completely refurbishing the house and I can offer high quality and comfortable accommodation and fully furnished bedrooms.
The house/area is 15mins by bus from the city centre and ideally located for access to M62. The area has all amenities within easy walking distance including supermarkets, local market and Peter Lloyd Lifestyles (gym).
I'm sociable, tidy and considerate and I'm looking for the same in a house mate.
Rent is all inclusive of bills/rates. Bond required. I'll also consider Monday-Friday only.
