Double Room, sharing with young professional couple aged 25yrs & 27yrs, very close to Quiet beach - great when the warmer weather comes back.
The room has a double bed, single wardrobe, one set of drawers & bedside table, plenty of room for a computer desk if you have one.
Shared facilities Include, Internet wireless, SKY TV in lounge, bathroom, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer & microwave.
We also have 2 kittens living with us.
We have our access to front door through private gravel garden, also have a large shed for storage & loft.
Rent is £75 per week payable 2weeks in advance & includes all household bills, just pay for your own toiletries & food.
We have had students studying English before for 6mnths, If you would like to have an evening Meal Included the rent will be £90 per week.
