House in easy reach of town centre and universities, five minute bus ride to city centre. Double room, bed and cupboard provided, house is well maintained and has central heating and double glazing. There is also access to internet, Sky and washing machine. Either male or female, preferably over 25 and a non-smoker but I am prepared to be flexible for the right person, should be working or a student.
