Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi,
I'm looking for a flat mate in a brand new development in Royal Victoria.
About the room:
+ Balcony Access
+ Own bathroom (not an en-suite though)
+Furniture provided
About the flat:
+ £115/month + bills (council tax, internet, etc)
+ Gym
+ Concierge (From 9AM-10PM)
+ Very modern
+ Easy access to Canary Wharf, Bank Street, and City (Not good for people working on the west side of London)
Surrounding dock area is very developed, nice, and quiet. Would work well for someone looking for a clean more upkept area. Very nice flat compared to what you could get for the same price in central London.
2 minute walk to DLR station (Royal Victoria). From there, easy access to the Jubilee line.
Would not work well for someone who goes out in Central London at late nights all the time. Usually, I pay about 25 to get back with a mini-cab, but I only go out once or twice a week, so it doesn't bother me much. Would be really expensive for someone doing it more frequently.
