Preferred room and flatmate description

Double room available in huge house, with big garden, conservatory and massive kitchen. Room is en-suite with wardrobes and chest of draws. Bed not provided.

Lively easy going housemates. 4 females all gay. 2 are a couple. A couple of us work night shifts on occasion so respect of when we are sleeping during the day is a must I'm afraid. We're an easy going bunch who work hard but like to chill out in the conservatory under the fairy lights and have a giggle on our days off (which vary). The house is big enough to get away and have your own space as well.

Huge garden, with pretty lights, water feature and a 12ft Trampoline! Which is our outside chill out area, weather permitting. We do have 2 cats, 1 who keeps himself to himself out in the garden and the other is completely demented and very entertaining. 1 house mate has cat allergies and has not had a problem with them. We are looking for someone who can fit in to this description as much as possible as we want to keep hold of a young friendly / family type atmosphere.
