Two sisters, one final year medical student and romantic novelist (28) and one medical admin lackey and sometime linguist (23) have a large double room to let in a fabulous spacious ground floor maisonette 15 minutes from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a view of the garden! Living room and kitchen also very spacious. The rent is £433 pcm (not including utilities).
Cake lovers a must (the medical student is also an intrepid cake maker) and love of tea a bonus. We consider ourselves to be fairly chilled out as long as we're not disturbed during Holby City hour...
I'm not very good at the technicalities of this website so it's not very clear, but please NON SMOKERS ONLY. The room is available now but obviously estate agent's reference checks etc. will take 1 - 2 weeks, so take the moving in date with a pinch of salt!
