The double room available (approx 3x4m) is a conversion in a detached garage, with en suite toilet and shower, so lots of privacy. Available from May (as currently being built!)
Shared facilities in the house include large kitchen / dining room, a spacious living room, large conservatory, TV room, 2 bathrooms, garden, and plenty of storage space in loft and garage. There are three other flatmates in the main house. Broadband is provided of course, and all amenities in the kitchen. The house is regularly cleaned.
We have a very nice friendly atmosphere in the house and occasionally have meals together etc., so good for people who want more of a home than an inpersonal flatshare!
It's an attractive tudor-style house in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to local shops, and 5 minutes walk to Tilehurst station. Waitrose is just 10 minutes walk away.
The garden backs on to Arthur Newbury park.
