New carpet thoughout main living area. Large garden with decking. Spaces for two cars on the drive but street parking is readily available outside the house in the quiet cul de sac. Smoking is permitted outside only. We are 15 minutes walk from Bournemouth Hospital, the Littledown Centre and Castlepoint. We'd love a female (professional) to join us who is easy to get on with, relatively laid back and has a good sense of humour and who is aged 27 upwards.
