Hello, I'm a 31 year old clean and tidy professional male looking to let a Large Double room in quiet cul de sac in Orton, Peterborough. I am looking for a male or female preferably between 18 and 40 to let the room to.
The room to let is a large double room (14 x 12 feet) - can be furnished or unfurnished to suit. Also there is a 3rd single bedroom which can again can be furnished or unfurnished. All bills are included within the £300.00 rent:- utilities, sky, internet and phone.
The property has its own parking area outside, is fully furnished and very spacious and has a garden.
