One double bedroom available in friendly house-share. Must like dogs!
Looking for a house mate for a 2 bedroomed modernised Victorian terraced in a quiet part of Swinton. Living with me, and my Springer Spaniel. I'm a sociable, hard working professional, non smoker, laid back, fairly tidy, likes cooking, easy to get on with, like to go out to clubs/ bars/parties/ theatre/ restaurants, but also likes nights in with a movie, more of a social drinker, although occasionally have the odd glass of wine at home. The dog is really well behaved and loves being around pretty much anyone!
The house is fully furnished throughout, to a high modern standard,1 bathroom, 2 living rooms, kitchen with all usual appliances, nice back yard/ patio area. Digital tv, broadband/ wifi, land line (inc. free evening land line calls).
Major bus route less than 5 mins walk away + shopping precinct and major supermarket chains, train station also within walking distance, plus Trafford Centre 10 mins away, Mcr City Centre about 20 mins away by car/ bus.

Image 2 & 3: are both of the bedroom (due to the room being long and narrow it wouldn't all fit on one pic.
Image 4: is the second living room which isn't currently used so would make ideal study area etc.
I've also just turned 30... not 27. (that's the age I was when I last used this site and I can't find the age section in my profile to edit it!)!
