Excellent location in a quiet street, easy walking distance from both the centre of Old Town and Swindon town centre. Close to all public transport routes, 15 minutes' walk from the train station.
I currently have a large single room available (with a double bed), plus a good-sized single room which would be ideal for someone looking to stay Mon-Fri only. The rent is £280 and £240 pcm respectively including all bills. I am, however, ideally looking for someone staying Mon-Fri only and am prepared to negotiate on the rent with anyone looking to stay on this basis long term.
This is a very relaxed and friendly house share, and I would ideally like to share with people who are not averse to the occasional night out at the pub.
