Lovely, fully furnished, double bedroom for a young female professional seeking to live in between Old Town and the centre.
The house is very homely, clean and tidy and has recently been refurbished. It’s in a quiet and safe location and has on street parking. It’s walking distance to town centre shops, the train and bus stations, the outlet village and Wood St (if you fancy a night out!). There’s also a swimming pool nearby.
The garden is really sunny which is great for BBQs (in the summer!) and has a little herb patch (if you like cooking!). There’s also wireless broadband internet. You would be sharing with a young, friendly professional female. I'm easy-going and away most weekends so you would have the place to yourself. Give me a call/text if you’re interested.
