My name is Mark and I was born in Swindon.I am a accredited and licensed landlord.Basically that means my properties are and must be kept to a high standard.I own and manage the properties myself all of which I take pride in.The houses are mainly in the town center and also Gorse Hill and Rodbourne.Some of the rooms that I have I can put couples in.Some of the rooms have their own toilets and some have their own showers.All of my rooms have their own sinks.All of my houses have rear gardens( mostly south facing )ideal for the summer.I am looking for people who are clean and have respect for other tenants and neighbours and also the house itself.Ideally non smoking although smoking outside is permitted.All bills are included.If there is anything else that you would like to know feel free to contact me.
