I've got a fully furnished double room in my house in Morriston available now. £350 per month, including bills. I'm pretty flexible though, if you need to do a Monday-Friday thing, I'd obviously reduce the price!
The house is central in Morriston, right on the bus route to town, the university, the stadium and the hospitals; easy access to M4 (J45 & J46). Nice new Wetherspoons pub just opened down the road! The house is pretty quiet, end terrace, nice private back garden area. There is plenty of parking on the street available with a resident's bay - 2 permits are permitted for the house, so one can be applied for if the registration and insurance is for this house.
The house has freeview and catch up tv, Wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, no pets, non smoking, central heating, newly installed combi boiler.
I'm 27, graduated in 2006 (post grad), I work full time which inc. weekends, as does my boyfriend who lives here; we're pretty laid back, not too 'couply', easy to live with, like chilling out & going out...
