The house is a 4 Double Bedroom, 2 bathroom (spar bath) semi in Manchester (M32 postcode), with open playing fields at the rear and 24hr Spar with cash point 100m away. There are frequent (10min) direct bus routes to Piccadilly gardens, Manchester, Hulme Bridge for Universities. The Trafford Centre is in walking distance ( with the chill factor, JJB sport centre, Manchester Museum, Barton Square, 24hr Asda, Costco, hotels etc..) and direct motorway links, junction 9 M60.
Old Trafford Football and Cricket grounds are 5-10min away with direct bus routes and George Carnell Sports Centre is in walking distance. For Medical Students, Trafford General Training Hospital is less than 2 miles away with direct bus route.
Nicola is second year PhD student at The University of Manchester and can give info on the university. Travel to Oxford road campuses takes (depending on traffic), 10mins by car, 20mins by bus.
We do have 1 dogs and a young parrot, so renters must like pets. We don't smoke,
