Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a very nice furnished, clean room available, one double room which is 10 mins walk to city centre near victoria park, hospital and train station. Its a very homely place and relaxing here with double glazing and central heating. I am looking for someone who is easy going and is tidy and clean after themselves. The apartment is very, spacious peaceful, and very relaxing and a chilled out place. The apartment is in stoneygate, citycentre opposite Victoria Park after Stanley Rd on London Road after the big roundabout near the park. It is located in a very nice area , is clean, modernise and very spacious. It has wireless internet and a very nice large fitted kitchen, large living room, and a nice clean bathroom with shower. I have now have 1 double room available which is ready to move in September.. The other room is occupied by one male aged 26 professional, . he is very nice friendly, funny and openminded easy going, clean person which enjoys playstation 3, wii, xbox,football and watching movies and chill out at weekends. The other room is occupied by male (26) who is also a professional ,his tenancy contract ends in Nov 09. The apartment has secure parking available and parking for your visitors too and a very nice large shared garden ,you will love the place when you see it. It is right next door to the unverisity and dmu and the hospital, train station, bars etc. The rent is £100 per week for the double room and includes everything besides food . I also provide the toilet rolls and the toiettries and the cleaning products so don,t have to worry about buying these at all. This is a nice clean apartment and is not to be missed.
