I have a very nice single furnished room in a excellent location which is under 10 mins walk to city centre near victoria park,and in walking distance to Leicester University, Dmu, hospital and 5 mins to train station and local bars.Its a very homely place and relaxing here with double glazing and central heating, bathroom shower and 2 wc. The rent is £450 paid every 4 weeks. Will require one month deposit and rent paid one month in advance. I am looking for someone who is easy going and is tidy and clean after themselves. The apartment is very, spacious peaceful, and very relaxing and a chilled out place. The apartment is in stoneygate, citycentre near Victoria Park after Stanley Rd on London Road after the big roundabout near victoria park. It is located in a very nice area ,it is clean, modernise. It has wireless internet and a very nice large fitted kitchen with washing machine and a dryer.There is a large living room and a nice clean bathroom with shower. It also have a large communtal garden. The rent includes the bills and internet.The room is occupied by one male aged 28 professional and a female aged 24 who just graduated. They are both very nice friendly, bubbly, funny and openminded easy going, clean person which enjoys playstation 3, wii, xbox, football and watching movies, cinama and chill out at weekends. . The apartment has a secure carpark and a very nice large shared garden ,you will love the place when you see it.. I also provide the toiettries and the cleaning products so don,t have to worry about buying these at all. I also include the general cleaning too eg hoovering, as long as you clean after yourselfs. This is a nice clean apartment and is not to be missed.
