Nice warm room, good size. Cottage garden (great in summer with lots of trees), satellite tv, wireless broadband access, washer, dryer , through lounge. Very quiet area, convenient for transport, Tescos etc. Parking no problem.
Share with owner - history graduate- work as tennis coach and running website - very tolerant and easy to get on with. Looking for a share with someone who's easy going and relatively civilised! - no preference for male or female. Plenty of personal space available and no problem with partners etc being around.
