sharing the house with me are 2 other females all professionals.
the house has a huge kitchen with two fridge freezers, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are there for your use (i.e fully fitted kitchen, no need to buy or bring things with you!). large front sitting room with 3+2+1 suite, TV, coffee table, large fireplace (not in use) Currently have the most basic sky package.
two bathrooms, both on first floor. one bathroom has shower, bath, toilet and sink, 2nd bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
situated in a area with brilliant transport links to city centre, Smithdown, Childwall (Hope Uni), Speke. not far from Junction 4 of the M62 (brilliant if your driving to anywhere at weekends). 10/12 min bus ride into city centre. Tesco express with petrol station situated at the top of the street, 10min walk to large Tesco, Iceland, co-op, 5 min drive to 24hr Asda or Sainsburys. Large park (Newsham Park) situated at bottom of street. plenty of shops, chemists, newsagents, cafes, pubs, GP's, dentists, library, hairdressers, beauty salons and Peter Lloyd lifestyles gym all within 5-10min walk. Cinema, Hollywood bowl, Total fitness all 15min walk / 5 min drive.
house is in a really safe area, no problems at all in the street or surrounding streets in last 6 years anyway! i would strongly advise viewing the house. its the same distance to town as from the Brookhouse on Smithdown just the opposite direction!
I consider my self friendly and easy to get along with. My interests are the gym, any activity outdoors, dancing, shopping, partying, laughing and movies!
I've been living with different people now for past 6yrs so think I pretty much get the best way for a house to work and people to live together. i am really really keen on keeping the house clean and tidy and expect anyone I live with to muck in and do their fare share and buy the house necessities that we all share!
Total monthly outlay is £330 which includes rent (£240) council tax {£30} and utilities {£60}.
A deposit of £50 is also required with first months payment.
