We're looking for working or mature women student to share our fab house in Stonehouse. The room is a good size double (room for a desk etc) and can be furnished or unfurnished. There's a large kitchen/diner and large lounge and a sunny and private courtyard.
The house is close to the waterfront and the citycentre is walking distance. There are regular buses into town and to Derriford hospital.
Rent is inclusive of bills inc wireless broadband but exc phone.
Would prefer non meat eaters - though not essential :) The house is kept clean and tidy, so we're looking for a considerate housemate who's happy keeping it this way too.
