Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a good sized furnished room available in my coach house on a quiet road (no through traffic) in a new housing estate off the A137 (IP2 8). The rent is inclusive of bills and is inclusive off household amenities i.e. toilet roll, milk, cleaning stuff etc.

A little about the room. It is a furnished carpeted room with a ¾ bed (about 6” shorter than a double) and an orthopaedic mattress; a bedside cabinet; a chest of drawers and a 3-door wardrobe. The bed can be removed if necessary. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower for your use only. I use the main house bathroom.

A little about the house. It is a coach house which means it’s a single level large apartment that sits on top of its garages. Included within the price is a private garage (and useable!) for your use only as well as ample parking to the front. You will obviously have full access to the house including the kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and the large front room with and home cinema (I love my films!). I have available for use wireless internet, Sky +, and the use of my personal games room that includes darts and table tennis! It is 10-15 minutes walk to the Town centre and 10 minutes walk to the Train Station with the A14 directly to the South. We have a corner shop; co-op and bus stop very close by.

A little about me. I am a 27 year old working professional who loves outdoor activities and socialising with my friends during weekends. I work normal hours and am clean and tidy and very social with GSH and seek someone likeminded.
