Large living room with double bay windows, suite, TV, and plenty of space for a dining area. Whole house is centrally heated. Large, unmaintained garden. Plenty of parking on street. Semi-detached and situated in a quiet area, within walking distance from the city centre, train station, local shops (including a supermarket), and bus routes. House phone, and wired and/or wireless broadband internet access. Bills and Council Tax shared (but not included in rent).
