We’re looking for a new housemate (guy) to move into our lovely townhouse in Clapham North (just off no. 376 Clapham Road). The property is in a quiet gated complex that’s away from street noise and has secondary glazing.
The bedroom available is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe. It’s situated on the 1st floor of the house. You'd share a big bathroom that’s next to your room with just one other housemate (female).
Excellently located for tube/bus transport (there’s a bus stop right in front of the complex and 6 different buses stop here) and all the great shops, bars and restaurants of Clapham High Street minutes away.
Whole house is furnished with a large L-shaped open plan kitchen and reception room with fully integrated appliances (including dishwasher). The living area has a big 8 seater dining table, sofas and TV. Living room looks out onto a pretty little garden ideal for throwing the occasional bbq/houseparty.
Our cleaner comes once a week for three hours.
About us:
Our household is currently made up of 2 guy and 2 girls, responsible professionals in our late 20’s to early 30’s. We all get on very well and are an out-going fun bunch. We have a good balance of spending time together to leading our own independent and busy lives. We love throwing fantastic house parties now and again. We’re up for hanging out together at home and having nights out. We also like theatre, music, sports and travelling.
The room will be available from late May/early June - we're just waiting to have the moving date confirmed!
