I require 1 person to lodge as my current lodger is now moving in with his partner. I am an honest, easy going person to live with, quite tidy and just need someone of similar nature to lodge. Applicants would preferably be none smokers, although not a must. Would prefer applicant to be in the 23-35 age bracket. You would have your own living room as well as bedroom. The bedroom contains a built in cupboard and comfortably fits a double bed. Both rooms are furnished and have TV and Phone points. All bills including wireless internet is included in monthly rent. Stockport Station is in easy walking reach and motorway access is close by also.
