Hi, my name is sarah and I am a 31yr old professional female looking for somebody to rent one of my furnished double rooms. Room consists of double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws, internet access and sky tv.
The house has large kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave), living room (3 seater/2 seater leather settee, sky tv), garden (decking) and driveway, Bathroom (bath/shower).
I work 9-5 mon- fri. I am easy going, like going to gym when i can motivate myself and like to socialise on weekends when i have the money which isn't very often ha. I am a tidy person but not obsessive i just enjoy cleaning (a little wierd i know). I don't mind dishes not being washed straight away or a bit of mess so im not that bad. I would like someone who if they are stayin in on weekend like to relax with fatty foods, and a couple of drinks but i don't mind if you just want your own space either. I have had a few lodgers before and we have all got on well.
Minutes walk from public transport, shops and gym.
Room available from April 2012. I do require £300 deposit in advance.
I do have one other male lodger who currently only stays mon - fri and goes home at weekends.
