The house is in a beautiful location within close proximity to both Huddersfield and Halifax. There is a bus route at the end of the street that goes to both Halifax and Huddersfield. (Halifax 10 mins drive and Hudds 15 mins drive approx.)
The house has a large garden, garage and plenty of storage if required. Price negotiable for people returning home at weekends.
