One single room available in a friendly 10 bedroom residential guest house. Close to Silverhill and walking distance to the New Asda Superstore. Close to all major bus routes and train stations. Private off road parking (at extra cost subject to availability). Communal lounge and kitchen. Fully furnished with TV and internet. Rooms start from £65 per week for a single room. £80 per week for a double room.Two sharing a double room is only £100 per week. £90 per week for a single person in a double ensuite. Two weeks deposit and one weeks rent in advance is required. If you pay 4 weekly, then 2 weeks deposit and 4 weeks rent in advance is required.
Early viewing is recommended as these rooms are very rarely available due to the prime location and atmosphere within.
