The house is located in a lovely quiet area of St Judes overlooking Tothill Park. Double room available which comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, desk, chair, and mirror.
The house includes a lounge with sofas and dining table with chairs. Kitchen comes with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge freezer. There is also a laundry room containing dryer, airer, and ironing board. The house has a courtyard garden perfect for barbecues when the weather is good! Plenty of space for parking too.
Current tenant is 23 and will be in her final year of her undergraduate degree. New tenant is 22 and will also be in her final year. Both are non-smokers, non-party animals, and very friendly.
