I currently have 1 high quality fully furnished single room plus storage available in a luxury professional house with all bills included in the rent. It is a shared house with only very professional people in St Judes area near city centre.
The house is a large 2 storey terraced house which has been renovated to a very high spec and equipped with solid wood furniture and other top quality furnishings to compliment the house.
There is a large lounge complete leather sofas and large flat screen cable TV. The Kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern 5 hob gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, giant American style fridge/freezer etc and a decent sized patio area at the back of the house. There are two big bathrooms shared between 5 in total.
All bills are included (electric, gas, cable TV, phone, Internet, council tax, water rates, tv license etc.)
I am looking for a professional person (in the true sense of the word) who would like to live in a lovely environment with great professional people (currently journalist, architect, lecturer etc). They must be very considerate to the other tenants and the house.
The room I have available is £300pcm which includes all bills. Deposit is one month’s rent and preferred minimum contract length is 6 months. No DSS, children or pets I am afraid.
