I am currently in a room in a student house share but am wanting to move in with my partner so don't need it anymore.
The house is at the beginning of Mount Gould Rd, sharing with 3boys and 3girls. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, oven, microwave, lounge with cable tv, 2bathrooms, extra separate toilet.
Bedroom is fully furnished including a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, shelves, chest of drawers, wooden floor, with a nice and large bay window.
15mins away from uni, barbican, town etc
Housemates are all very friendly and sociable, all studying different subjects but get along really well and are very welcoming to new people. All like going out and having a good time but also staying in together sometimes.
All bills are included: gas, electric, water etc. so you don't have to worry about that. £350pm
