I currently have a Double room available in a professional shared house with all bills included in the rent. It is in the St Judes area of Plymouth near the city centre (10 mins walk).
The house has been renovated to a high spec and equipped with solid wood furniture and other top quality furnishings to compliment the house.
There is a large lounge complete with leather sofas and large TV with Sky inclusive. The Kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern 5 hob gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezers etc.
All bills are included in the rent (electric, gas, Sky TV, Broadband Internet, council tax, water rates, main TV license, communal area cleaner etc.)
I am looking for a professional person who would like to live in a nice environment with great professional people. They must be very considerate to the other tenants.
The room is £300pcm which includes all bills. Deposit is one month’s rent and minimum contract length is 6months. No DSS, children or pets I am afraid.
