Rent is £85 per week per room. The utility bills I ahve estimated at £200 a month for the house for all people but this will be relevant once you move in so could fluctuate massively whether you decide to conserve energy or go crazy :-)
Bills are payg so I do not have to be knocking on your door for extra bills, this will be in the form of gas and electric meters.
I cover your water, council tax, internet, and tv licence.
The house is new to the market this year, and has never been rented out.
The rooms come fully furnished, brand new carpets going in the end of january.
There is a small double ranging to a basement room with its own shower room.
Communal bathroom upstairs and ground level toilet.
Washing machine and tumble dryer, on a pound meter again to save your bills!!
There are beautiful views over the bay, and the house is within walking distance of the university and city centre and also bus links to Marjons.
I will accept couples but the rent bracket will change slightly, this will make it cheaper for each person but cover the extra bills I have to cover!!
