We have a room at the second floor of the House. It’s available from the 21st of November. The room is bright and looks out over the rear garden area of the house. There is also safe parking in front of the house and a 24/7 CCTV camera coverage. This is a nice and quiet location. The room is £280 a month. The House a basically furnished-has all the usual amenities - equipped kitchen & bathroom, large fridge freezer, 1 additional large freezer and two fridges, washer, wireless broadband. The House is situated on a quiet location right by the historical Northampton lift tower. Outside there is a rear garden area for warmer days! It is only a 2 minute drive, a good 20 minutes walk or just a few minute bus rides to the city centre & it is on a very regular bus route. Nearby amenities include the large choice of shops, restaurants and bars in town centre. Sainsbury’s, cinema and the bowling alley is also just a minute drive from here. The House is recently built so everything looks neat and it is also very clean & tidy and needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
