This is a real nice and quiet location. The room is 300 £ a month. Including everything! (CCTV and security and all the bills)
The House basically furnished-has all the usual amenities - equipped kitchen & 2 bathroom, 3 toilets, a large fridge freezer, 1 additional large freezer and two fridges, dish-washer and wireless broadband.
The House is situated on a quiet location right by the historical Northampton lift tower. Outside there is a rear garden area for warmer days! It is only a 2 minute drive, a good 20 minutes walk or just a few minute bus rides to the city center & it is on a very regular bus route.
Nearby amenities include the large choice of shops, restaurants and bars in town center. Sainsbury’s, cinema and the bowling alley is also walking distance from here.
The House is recently built so everything looks neat and it is also very clean & tidy and needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
We make great effort to respect each other’s privacy and daily routine and we clearly are looking for somebody similar.
The people who live in are quiet, professionals and usually spend their little free time in their room and outside house with additional activities.
We are lucky because we work in different shifts so there never is a queue in the kitchen and we always have our space. One of us works mostly on night shifts so he is barely at home when we come back from work. I work 15 till midnight then I go straight to bed and the rest has a variable shift pattern. We are hard working individuals but we are not boring. Not typically party people but occasionally we do gather at the garden for a few beers and for a nice BBQ.
I am certain you won’t be bothered if you want your own time due to the different shift works and the high standard of respect from other house mates.

Room contains a small desk, a chair and a comfortable double bed in addition to the book shelf and the spacious 3 doors built in cupboard.
