Large room with kingsize bed. 2 big wardrobes, chest of drawers and computer desk. Large bathroom. Full use of house. Seperate kitchen, dining and living room. On street parking. Virgin broadband. On number 36 bus route to centre, it's about 2 miles to city centre. Sainburys and Showcase cinema complex nearby. Rent covers all bills except landline. Last lodger stayed for about 18 months and that worked out very well.
I am into cycling, kayaking, camping and other out door activities. I also know when to kick back and just chill out. I understand about peoples personal space and boundries. I am not into the club scene so my house would probably not suit someone who enjoys partying alot. It's a nonsmoking household with no pets.
