Preferred room and flatmate description

I've a double bedroom to rent for a short term in the beginning, i.e. three months. May look to extend depending on how it goes, after all this is my first time. All bills paid, except food and the house phone. There is a TV in the lounge with basic sky and wireless internet access is also available if required. There is also private parking on the front of the property.

I'm quite friendly and outgoing and can get along with anyone. My children will be around every other weekend, so ideally this would suit someone used to children.

Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking. Tenant must be a professional and able to provide references.
