Room 1- 100p/w; A Spacious en-suite double bedroom with separate private entrance. Fully furnished, WIFI, plenty of space for your own electronics.
Room 2- 80p/w; large single room with French doors going out to your own mini private garden, fully furnished and again WIFI set.
The house itself has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is fully equipped with all the mod cons, pantry and an extremely large garden, parking on the road. Only these two rooms will be rented.
The house is located 12 mins walk from Southwick station, direct trains to Brighton take 15 mins alternatively bus 49 and 2 go from right outside the house every 10-12 mins. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Local shops and post office are 5 mins away, Tesco is 10 mins away.
Other occupants, myself, I am a 55 year old housewife, busy looking after my grandchildren. I enjoy watching abit of TV and sewing when I get the chance.
