Hi, I have room to let in a shared house, furnished and 5 minutes from the seafront in Southsea/Eastney.
1x 10ft x 12ft £335 with double bed, pine wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and bedside cabinet on the ground floor
All bills including 20mb net access, full tv package and fortnightly cleaning are included. It's in a nice location, quiet but a short walk to the beach or Albert road area, shops and next to 2 major bus routes.
I'm looking for someone between the ages of 18 and 30 ish, female is preferable as it keeps the balance right (one of the girls is moving in with boyfriend), as long as you pay the rent on time and don't trash the place or make anyone else uncomfortable thats good enough for me. It's a really nice relaxed house with good people. Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Get in touch! :D
