I have a large double room, in a very large, ground floor garden flat. It is a three bedroom flat and I currently have one other female lodger, aged 28. The rent includes all bills except gas, which is split 3 ways. It has internet, and is double glazed, centrally heated, and newly decorated. There is a large garden, dinning room and lounge. You would have full use of the whole flat.
I work as an extra in films and my other tenant is a pattern cutter for a clothing company.
The flat is within easy walking distance of the tube and two large parks are also within easy walking distance. We are tidy, non-smoking, easy going and sociable and are looking for one other similar person.
This would ideally suit a non-smoking, professional female.
