Great location to live The property is not overlooked by any others and has lots of trees with the Fishermans walk, "a park" that leads down to the beach. (3 or 4 minutes to cliff top and beach). Shops and buses etc are within 2 minutes, train station 10 mins walking also. The property is the Top 50% + of a Large older House and has a lovely bright aspect ! all rooms receiving plenty of natural light. The kitchen, fondly known as the tree house has windows to 50% of the room a great meeting place for a chat or coffee with fellow house mates. The Lounge is very warm & friendly with a small balcony. We have 4 rooms for rent *, a large double with ensuit for a couple, 2 further double rooms for single occupancy 1 with private vanity unit for washing etc, and 1 small single room also. (2 people 1 room £75.00/person/week). We have a small garden with a sun deck that has a table and chairs etc , plus drive way parking. average age of household is late 30's with a strong tendency towards "a Fitness Life Style", majority are gym members and cycling enthusiasts!
