Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I just started studying yacht design at Southampton Solent and am looking for a room in a house reasonably near. For the last 3 years prior I have been a superyacht Captain and am still employed to manage the last yacht I was running so will be doing that along with my studies. I also have a car so parking would be handy as well.The only other things I can think of adding is that I'm 25 years, male and from New Zealand and looking for a place to move in to straight away.
