Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi I arrived from South Africa a year ago and am presently not happy here i am living at the moment..I am in the Portswood area and really like it here and have got to know my way around quite well.

I am a very friendly and easy going person and get on with most people...I am very clean and tidy and would adhere to any chores given to me at any time...I am straight but dont mind living with any other ppl or race...

I am 52years old and very young at heart.....I love a good laugh as well...I am very quite at the best of times but also like a good evening out with nice people...

What more could I say.... Oh yes I don't drive so i would have to be near bus stops or a train station.
