I'm currently looking for a double bedroom part/fully) furnished (double bed needed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk desirable)
Max rent at £350 but would have to include all bills.
With all amenities available for use.
The house/flat would also preferably be in good condition, double glazing throughout and relatively modern 5-10 years refurbishment.
Don't require parking space as I don't drive. Ooh, and I've no problems with animals :)
