I am a 32 year old professional female looking for somebody to rent the 2nd double bedroom in my end terrace house available furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The house is situated in a quiet close in Sholing, 10 mins drive from city centre and on a regular bus route to Southampton city centre which takes 20 mins. It is also 10 mins walk from Bitterne precinct. Rent includes all utility bills and broadband. I am looking for someone who is friendly and relatively tidy(!) and is happy to live with my cat too. I am happy to offer the room to a couple for a combined monthly rent of £450. One months' deposit will be required with rent paid in advance.
