Hello I'm Dean, im very laid back, work Mon - Fri 9-5 so its usually pretty quiet mid week. Come the weekend I'm usually out and about having a few social drinks.
My good friend has moved out soooo.... I have a double room fully furnished (although photos at the moment do not reflect that, the bed will be arriving very soon!) based at Harton/Cleadon in South Shields.
Spacious kitchen & facilities, lounge, big back garden, wireless super fast broadband all available. Cleadon park is directly over the road and Sunderland City centre is 15mins on the bus which stops at the end of the road. Lots of public transport near by including Metro to Newcastle or ferry to North Shields and only10min bus ride to South Tyneside College.
Also local shops & amenities (Sainsburys, Tesco, Pharmacy, butcher, groceries, pubs, takeaway, etc) only a 2minute walk away. There is Temple Park leisure centre which has a large swimming pool, gym and sports facilities only 10min walk away also.
The room fits a double bed comfortably with a wardrobe & drawers. There is also a spare smaller seperate back room which has a desk, etc should you need some office space or extra storage.
