We are a married couple and live in a quiet village (with pub) north of Newark. There is a very good village social life for all ages.
Opportunities for walking and cycling are great and the River Trent is nearby for fishing and a water skiing club.
The house is very spacious with 2 available large bedrooms (one of which could become a private lounge for you), 2 lounges each with TV, and a downstairs shower room and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is large with separate dining room and utility room. The car space is in the large walled garden and orchard and has lockable gates.
A small outhouse has an exercise bike and rowing machine and an outside pool in summer. We are non smokers, with 2 cats and a busy lifestyle. We would be pleased to hear from you and if you wish to visit us please email. Rent would be GBP 400 pcm.
